Application Documents

To make your first meeting with your ReNew Lending loan officer as productive and efficient as possible you should bring as many of the following items/documents with you as you can:

  • Last 30 Days paycheck stubs for all borrowers (if applicable)

  • Last 2 years W-2’s for all borrowers (if applicable)

  • Last 2 years tax returns for all borrowers. Including all forms.

  • Profit and Loss statement and Balance sheet for all Self-employed applicants.

  • Signed Federal business tax returns, with all applicable schedules, if the business is a Corporation, an ā€œSā€ Corporation, or Partnership.

  • Last 2 months bank statements (savings and checking)

  • Copy of Divorce decree, including all pages (if applicable)

  • Copy of Bankruptcy discharge papers (if applicable)

  • Explanation Letter (for late payments, collections, etc.)

  • Copy of Drivers License for all borrowers

  • Copy of Purchase Agreement.

  • Copy of all Pension Statements, “Award” Letter, etc. (if applicable)

  • Copy of Social Security Annual “Award” Letter, Statement, etc. (if applicable)

  • Current Signed lease or rental agreement (if applicable)

Ask your ReNew Lending representative any questions that you might have about where to obtain the above items if you are unsure. Some of the items can be delivered at a later time to finalize your loan approval, but having as many of these items at the time of your first meeting can expedite the approval process.
